CRITERIA: A potential applicant must have completed a Georgia State Security training course through an approved state institution like the Law Enforcement & Security Private Training Academy in Norcross, GA (https://pvttoa.com/), or equivalent. A detective & officer must have completed an Armed Security Certificate, Private Investigator Certificate, or currently hold a Blue Card or P.I. license.
